Email is the modern way to communicate because unlike the phone, we can respond to it on our schedule and not the caller's. 

Most businesses use Outlook for their email and some use Outlook Express.  Unfortunately, many also try to use MSN or AOL, or other consumer products to do business and obtain varied results.

TeamBTS supports the use of Outlook or Outlook Express for email and we are very good at it.  We can work with you on the phone, or sometimes come to your office to make certain your email is set up correctly and works with your web site domain name.

Since we are a hosting company we get deeply involved in email because email is typically attached to the web site.  We work hard to remain trained in the latest email systems so you don't have to know anymore than pressing buttons.
